  • Cook noodles as instructed on the package.

  • Cut salmon in 3 cm pieces.

  • Cut paprika and sugar peas.

  • Fry the salmon in oil for 1-2 minutes on each side until they get a pale pink color.

  • Remove the salmon from the pan and put aside.

  • Fry the vegetables on high heat.

  • Juice the lime.

  • Add limejuice, boiled noodles, soy sauce and sweet chili sauce to the vegetables.

  • Heat the sauce.

  • Add the salmon and let them get warm in the sauce.

Serve the wok with coriander over.
